I’m a graduate student. How can I become involved with the lab?
We invite inquiries from graduate students interested in joining our research initiatives. At the start of each term, we announce opportunities specifically for Master’s candidates. Outstanding candidates may also be considered for research assistant positions based on their performance.

I’m an undergraduate. Is there a way for me to contribute to the lab’s research?
Yes, we regularly involve one or two undergraduate students in our research through the SURE initiative. Interested students should contact the lab director at gaojian.huang@sjsu.edu.
Each year, we select exceptional candidates who demonstrate a strong passion for areas including Human-AI/automation interaction, cyber-physical human systems, human behavior modeling, intelligent mobility, human-machine interface, accessibility, and technology.
